How I pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete

I plan my meals and eat at home to ensure I eat a balanced diet rich in protein and nutrients. I drink one healty drink each day made with a multitude of berries, a banana, carrots, celery and purity products super reds powder. My work outs include weight lifting, running, swimming, bike riding and a treadmill. I have a trainer at my school that helps me maximize my potential. I measure my progress and push myself to the limits to improve my performance.
